[Xfce-i18n] Starting translation. With trunk or 4.4 branch? Xml files for Xfdesktop

The i18n.xfce.org/wiki/svn_howto page has scripts to create yourself a 
local svn tree, the 4.4 scripts checkout-xfce_4_4-po.sh and 
update-xfce_4_4-po.sh contain all the projects for the branch. Thunar 
and Xfmedia are not part of the branch, they remain in trunk, but 
priority should be set on branch first.

Once you are done with the branch, you can download the other scripts to 
create yourself a local tree of the trunk folder and from you will find 
the rest of the projects to be translated as well.
