[Xfce-i18n] [SQ] Updates for sq section of the site

Hello,

I´d like to have those updates commited. Having the section published
called for all the changes and typo fixing I´ve done so far, quite an
amount of them. I´m attaching the whole sq files to this message,
instead of a diff. That´s because I still miss a working svn
installation on my box.
