[Xfce-i18n] Xfce 4.4 translations priority for all languages

You can find the romanian po translation file for the eyes plugin in the 
goodies repo 
http://svn.xfce.org/svn/goodies/xfce4-eyes-plugin/trunk/po/. If you look 
in the web svn you have to go to goodies for it to be listed.
