This should not be translated, I quote the author "<JPohlmann> InstallIt 
is a) not ready yet and probably won't ever be and b) even if it was 
ready some day, a lot would have been changed until then."
If you are bored there are the po-doc folders for libexo, terminal, 
thunar and xfdesktop that need to be translated in Albanian.
