[Xfce-i18n] About XFCE's current license

Hello,

Going through the translations for pt_BR, I noticed that our existing
license is not up to date.  The difference IS minimal (as fas as I
noticed, only the address for the FSF is incorrect; last 4 numbers for
the zip code) but I figured I'd point it out anyhow.
