[Xfce-i18n] web page translation in pt_PT

Hello,

Here is my translation for web page. Also includes a patch for the 
xfce4-panel.

In stats page, the libxfcegui4 module is missing for my language.

Please, add my name to translators credits, in web page and xfce4-about 
(xfce_4_4 and trunk).
