[Xfce-i18n] Translation of documentation (html, xml)

Hi all,

Please help me, some time ago I started to translate html files from xfce
documentation. I have almost everything translated, only some parts and some
recent changes in documents weren't updated yet.

The question is - what shall I translate? html or xml files? Are html files
created from xml using xsl or something like this? Where should I start?
(sounds like stupid question, when I already have translated more than 90%
of text, but I can recycle these translations from TM...)
