You'll need to use https to commit. Also, the xfce-goodies moved to
svn.xfce.org. Do the following in the checked-out svn directory to
avoid having to check it out again:

svn switch --relocate http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/xfce-goodies
https://svn.xfce.org/xfce-goodies

Then you'll need to run svn update. Updating from the berlios repo to
the new repo should work, but if it doesn't, just re-checkout.
