[Xfce-i18n] Question about "Latch To Lock"

Hi,

Fabian Nowak and me wondered about "Latch To Lock" (can be found in
xfce-mcs-plugins package). We are unsure how to translate it because
we have no clue what it should mean.
Can someone explain this option to get a hint how to translate it in the
best way?
