Don't retranslate, use your patch and correct the non working strings. 
To do this, just copy your patch in the goodies folder you created and do:

patch -p0 < xfce4-goodies-ko.patch.20061112

Should work, (devs, please, correct that if it's wrong). It will create 
some .rej files, read them to see what went wrong, correct and delete 
them. There are also some .orig files that you can delete.
