[Xfce-i18n] Russian translation updated

Hi!

I've checked Russian translations with 'msgfmt -c' and found some bugs
in them. Now they're fixed.

The file with translations isn't attached in order to save the traffic.

Daichi, you can check out our svn
(http://grove.org.ru/svn/translations/xfce/trunk/) to get the latest
changes. I've changed the directory structure to make it similar to the
xfce's own repository ('po' folders added with ru.po in them).

> Most of translations are updated, some of them are almost finished.
