I've been seeing same demand several times, what I can say for
you and the others is, please add NULL translated PO files for
that purpose, under the current mechanism to show the statistics,
it requires the actual files to parse and there're languages
with rarely translated since before (just being maintained).

In consequence, I couldn't judge which one has to show its
statistics, also I thought it somewhat ridiculous if the entire
languages show their statistics in the entire modules with
a bunch of NULL files.

Again, please create the initial (NULL translated) PO files
and just add them to the repository.
