[Xfce-i18n] German translations for svn trunk

hi!

i hope i succeeded in consequently checking for accelerators and correct header information and all that can go wrong. it is possible that to some translations i did not make any changes, i don't know after so many translations and files and stuff....

if there are some programs or plugins which need some updates in their translations concerning the approaching releases, please tell me. tomorrow i will have some time for them, but i doubt i will have much time during the next weeks for any translation work.
