[Xfce-i18n] make update-po not working for Terminal

OK, it seems that I've found the problem. When Makefile.in (inside po directory)
is processed to generate Makefile, the CATALOGS variable simply vanished. This
is due to an extra newline in POTFILES.in; attached patch fixes it. That's an
odd world.
