[Xfce-i18n] [FR] start working on xfburn, xfce-mcs-manager and xfce-mcs-plugins

Hi all,

I start working on the translation of these parts of Xfce so if someone is 
already doing so please report it. They are small jobs this is why I take them all in one row.
