In i18n/arrays/en.content.php i see the following lines:

      6 $notinlang      = 'This page is not available in your <a
href="/translate" title="Join the Xfce '.
      7             'i18n project to help translating this
website.">language</a>.';

Though /translate is not avaliable atm.
Should it be created?
And if so... should the dev-page link to this instead of i18n.xfce.org?
