Tamil translations are quite out-of-dated since after Xfce 4.0,
welcome to your joining here.

We're using PO file in a normal gettext style, use a script
you can find at http://i18n.xfce.org/wiki/svn_howto or see
http://www.xfce.org/index.php?page=developers&lang=en
