[Xfce-i18n] Another Tamil Guy here...!

Hey,

You can get .pot files at the subversion repository, here:
http://svn.xfce.org/listing.php?repname=xfce4&path=%2F&sc=0
You can use that .pot file to open in poedit or whatever you're using, and
then save it as <country code>.po I believe. Just select a project you want
to translate, go to /trunk, then to /po and download the .pot file.

I myself am quite new to this but I think if noone responds you can assume
you can work on it. Now sure though.
