[Xfce-i18n] mailwatch string freeze

Hi all,

Please consider xfce4-mailwatch-plugin to be in string freeze for a
release probably this weekend.  I'd really love it if we could update
the current translations and get it translated into a few more
languages.  You can grab it from Xfce SVN:
