[Xfce-i18n] German translation of the website

Hey everyone,
my name is Borja. I've been using xfce for quite a time now and I would
like to contribute to it. I'm not particularly good at all the programing
stuff but I have experience in translating. So I can help there.
The question is: Is anyone working on the German translation of the
website already? If not I would like to do that and then post the tarball
here if that is alright.
