[Xfce-i18n] About joining the spanish translation group

The Spanish translators are listed[1] in the i18 wiki[2], I think Jaime
Buffery (the commiter) is subscribed to the list but if you not get any
answer yo can try to contact with them, in the first link there are
their emails.
