[Xfce-i18n] Tomorrow I will release Xarchiver 0.4

Hi all,

I will release the 0.4 tomorrow. The package will NOT contain the
greek translation as requested by Stavros.

If there are any excepts please be free to report them; eventually I
may postpone the release date.
