[Xfce-i18n] Updated German translations for rc1

hi!

i know, moritz likes to coordinate the German translation process, but
he didn't react in time to the string freeze deadline.

so here are my updates fixing typos, wrong or bad translations and
translating many new strings. forgive me for being too lazy to add 'po'
subdirectories to the archive's program directories.
