[Xfce-i18n] Problems with the commiting

You haven't got a translator account AFAICT, you cannot commit po files
without a translator account. It seems you're the first Georgian
translators, you can ask such an account here (choose xfce-po as
project):

Then i'll have to confirm your request and you should receive your
account informations quickly.
