[Xfce-i18n] a Xfburn beta coming soon

Evening (at least here)

I received some remarks after release Xfburn 0.1.0alpha without letting
you know before hand. So this time i won't make that mistake again.

I'm willing to release a beta of Xfburn in the following days (maybe
Thursday or Friday). I shouldn't add/change many strings in the
meantime, so if you're motivated feel free to start/continue translating
Xfburn.
