The string "There was an error %s \"%s\" to \"%s\":" is shown
like "There was an error moving "file" to "destination"" if
I'm not wrong.

Probably it should be:

"An error happened when "%2$s" is %1$s to "%3$s":"

in Japanese, so it's okay for me at least.
