I don't know as well, not so heavily modified as far as
I've checked, if you want, I'll import Hebrew documents
in 4.2 branch to the trunk. However it may bring a burden
against you when the documents in trunk will get updated
for the release.

At least in LTR languages, it's easy to update/maintain
for me in Terminal, Thunar (see po-doc/Makefile.am),
when it comes with Arabic, Hebrew, I have no way to
keep synchronized with the updated original documents.
