[Xfce-i18n] Xfce-goodies with Xfce 4.4

Hi!

Here's an update to the following xfce-goodies:

thunar-media-tags-plugin
verve-plugin
xfce4-quicklauncher-plugin
xfce4-sensors-plugin
xfce4-taskmanager
xfce4-timer-plugin
xfce4-websearch-plugin
xfce4-xfapplet-plugin
xfce4-xkb-plugin

I've set up SVN repository for xfce-goodies russian translations
(http://grove.org.ru/svn/translations/xfce-goodies) but it's still
uncomplete, so don't check it out right now.
