[Xfce-i18n] Translators' list

[Hydonsingore Cia]

Hi,
I would like to sign my last name in Holo, a widely used language
in Taiwan, rather than Mandarin. From now on all my signature
will be Hydonsingore Cia, instead of Hydonsingore Sie.
