[Xfce-i18n] New layout in Xffm

Hi all,

As you've already known, Xffm gets changed its directory layout.
For the committers, now you can commit the following files
(thanks Auke):

  o Xffm main module

    libxffm/configure.ac
    libxffm/po/
    xffm-gui/configure.ac
    xffm-gui/po/

  o Xffm plugins

    plugins/xfapps/configure.ac
    plugins/xfapps/po/
    plugins/xfbook/configure.ac
    plugins/xfbook/po/
    plugins/xffstab/configure.ac
    plugins/xffstab/po/
    plugins/xflocate/configure.ac
    plugins/xflocate/po/
    plugins/xfrecent/configure.ac
    plugins/xfrecent/po/
    plugins/xfsamba/configure.ac
    plugins/xfsamba/po/
    plugins/xftrash/configure.ac
    plugins/xftrash/po/

  o Application (depends on Xffm)

    xfdiff/configure.ac
    xfdiff/po/

  o Application (independent)

    fgr/configure.ac
    fgr/po/ja.po
    scramble/configure.ac
    scramble/po/

PS. For committers, if you'll add new translation file, don't
forget to add your language code in the configure.ac also.

PPS. But you need to wait until server change will be finished.
