Welcome, currently Xfce has no Mongolian translations, your
joining to the Xfce-i18n is really appreciated.

All what you'll do is mentioned by Rimas, assuming you can grab
the sources from SVN, it'd be recommended completing translations
in 4.2 branch at first. You'll get the SVN commit access later.
