Well, probably I can't commit but your translation file,
(I'm not assumed to modify the source itself), could you
submit your source patch at http://bugzilla.xfce.org/ or
contact with the author himself?

Well, as far as I could check with image viewer, they're
displayed properly, but is that plugin ported to the new
panel at first?
