Yes, in this file, it seems proper way, what happen if you delete these

    ~/.config/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml
    ~/.cache/xfce4/desktop/menu-cache-xxx

files and re-login ?

 i'am advanced user:) no changes :(

menu.xml.hu seems okay for me.

 I've tried with 4.2.1.1, today I cann't try with new tarballs (location
reasons). & I must go.        Misteriuos Bug :))
