 I tink this is still a BUG  . I've revised menu.xml.ja :

 unlike registered-categories there are no "replace" tags, You 've
translated the "name" fileds directly. (& i assume japanese menu.xml
translation works). But hungarian doesn't. (tested in benny-4.2.1.1
os-works Debian package)

 i wrote:
