Before submitting, it might need to be checked on your side as follows,

    $ msgfmt -c --statistics -o eo.gmo eo.po
    msgfmt: eo.po: some header fields still have the initial default value
    eo.po:25: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' does

then as you've noticed in the above outputs, there's an error at line 25

it obviously lacks "%s", I'd like to say that kind of error will be harmful
in certain situation i.e. "%d"/"%s", needs to be put "%ld"/"%d". Also it
might be better modifying initial header values i.e. "Project-Id-Version:",
"Language-Team:" and removing "#, fuzzy" in comment part.
