[Xfce-i18n] New language: Greek

1°) check out the last version of the translatable things from cvs (i
recommend to check out the xfce_4_2 branch because HEAD will change a
lot before the next major release) with this command :

cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs at cvs.xfce.org:/cvsroot/xfce -z3 co -r xfce_4_2 translations

2°) complete the .pot files and rename them to el_GR.po
3°) send a tar with all these files to this mailing list
