You can send your translations to this list as attached files
(sometime needs tar + bz2), don't forget to add which version
you had have translation (4.2 or trunk) so the commiter won't
be bothered.

I don't know either about both of 4.2.3 and 4.3 ;) but your
translation wouldn't be waste of time, I'd think.
