[Xfce-i18n] Translation bug

Hello,

one presumably Chinese message in
xfce-mcs-plugins/keyboard_plugin/xfce-keyboard-settings.desktop is
wrongly marked as Russian in xfce_4_2 branch. Please apply the attached
patch to fix it.

I think that the message in question is Chinese because it is certainly
not Russian and the identical message (in Comment[zh_CN] in the same
file) is already marked as Chinese.
