[Xfce-i18n] xfce_4_2 finnish update - again

Hi again,

Here's an update for finnish, diffed against the latest
xfce_4_2 cvs tree. I also attach a tar.bz2 of the file
xfdesktop/modules/menu/xfce-registered-categories.xml.fi
(with full path) which still seems to be missing from cvs
for some reason. I hope you'll find the time to commit this
before the patch breaks again ;)
