[Xfce-i18n] xfce_4_2 Finnish translation update

Hi again,

Here's a finnish translation update to xfce_4_2, hope this
one goes a bit smoother than the HEAD update I sent earlier
today... Tested to apply just fine to a fresh 4_2 cvs branch.
The patch should update most of the .po.fi and .desktop
files and it should also create the following files currently
missing from cvs:

xfce4-panel/contents.xml.fi
xfce-utils/xfce4-about/AUTHORS.fi
xfce-utils/xfce4-about/AUTHORS.html.fi
xfce-utils/xfce4-about/INFO.fi
xfce-utils/xfce4-about/INFO.html.fi
xfdesktop/menu.xml.fi
xfdesktop/modules/menu/xfce-registered-categories.xml.fi

If the files cannot be generated this way for some reason,
I'll be happy to tar them up for you.
