[Xfce-i18n] How to get Scandinavian letters?

After looking at the sv.po file, it seems the problem comes from the po
file itself. We haven't received any SV translations for 4.2 so they are
a bit outdated. If you want you can update them, you only need to use
poedit or kbabel and to send the new sv.po
