[Xfce-i18n] Japanese translation updated

Hi,

I've fixed some typo. and had minor change in the header. Both
(4.2.0, CVS) bzip2ed tarball have same XML file to be located
different places.

>From now, I'm going to update/revise Japanese translation once per
week or so, submit test/bug report on IRIX if there are something
has to do, as far as possible (I joined xfce-dev also).
