[Xfce-i18n] Translation fuzzyness

Hi,

while compiling the latest panel from CVS I noticed the following
messages:

Generating and caching the translation database
WARNING: ../po/en_GB.po is not in UTF-8 but ISO-8859-1, converting...
WARNING: ../po/lt.po is not in UTF-8 but iso-8859-13, converting...

Francois? Any ideas?
