[Xfce-i18n] Translation for German (de)

Hi to all translators!

I would like to know if I could participate in the translation for the 
German Xfce-version. I'm knew to this, so I would like to know how the 
whole translation process works.
I've already looked in the *.po files and I think it should be easy for 
me to translate some texts or correct others.
