Jean-François said patch would be appreciated, but if I can commit them
I prefer one-stop patch (svn diff */branches/xfce_4_2 > desktop.patch)
to individual ones. And, as you can see at my attached patch, desktop
files themselves also need to be modified, so if you'll give me your
desktop patch or entire files, I'd like to modify them. Of course, with
this patch, you can modify them instead of me.

Personally, I'd like to fix languages' random ordering etc. that's why
I never try to add translations to these files.
