Ah my misstatement, I was just thinking this file is located the same
place as credits. Translators management list is another thing, because
it requires the listing translators who have responsibility to the files
and certain visible rule "then who can be the one in that language?",
it shouldn't be too strict of course.

Okay, when I/you will upload the actual list I/you'd like to create
