You may download the latest versions of files of Xfce 4.2 branch using
the following command:

svn checkout http://svn.foo-projects.org/svn/xfce/modules/trunk-po/

This will download only translatable files. Then you translate them
with kbabel or any other tool you like.

I guess you should start with settings manager, then xfwm4 and xfce4-panel.

You post the translated to this mailing list. Don't forget to mention
whether these files are for HEAD branch (latest development version)
or for Xfce 4.2.
