[Xfce-i18n] Oriya translation for xfce

Hi,
  We are a team interested in localizing open source
programs to Oriya. We are currently doing GNOME, and
have been looking at XFCE because of its smaller
footprint. I have downloaded the CVS translation
component, and understand that I should just send
the translated .po files to this mailing list.
As I doubt that anyone has started localizing XFCE
to Oriya, I would like to volunteer to act as the
Oriya coordinator.
