[Xfce-i18n] British English

Hi,

I anyone working on British English "translations".  If not then I would
like to provide those.

I essentially need them for South African English, which is essentially
the same as en_GB.  Does anyone know if you can setup cascading locale
settings?  Ie LC_ALL=en_ZA but we use messages from en_GB localisations.
Without something like that it looks like I'd have to add en_ZA
localisations also.
