[Xfce-i18n] Some questions about translations

Hello everybody,

I've got some questions regarding translations.

First of all, please take a look at the patch I attached. Is the format (bzipped diff -u) correct?

Then, what do I have to translate first: HEAD branch or xfce_4_0?

I'm going to update several russian translations. Do I have to send all the patches to this mailing list or I can get a cvs account?
